Mike Christian has spent two decades inside founder-led businesses — not advising from the outside, but operating from within. As a founder, investor, and non-executive director across multiple sectors, he has built businesses from the ground up, fixed broken ones, structured acquisitions, and sat on the boards of companies navigating real commercial pressure.
Through nReal and Prospera Capital Partners, Mike works with a deliberately small number of owner-operators at any one time — businesses between £500k and £5m that have hit a ceiling and need someone who has been there, not someone who has studied it.
